All personalised items are considered final at the point of order placement, please ensure you take care when entering names or messages.

Can I collect my order

Yes of course, if you would like to collect your oder, please state collection in the delivery section.

What if my items arrive damaged

We will try our best to ensure that any fragile items are packaged as carefully as possible. However, if there are any damages to your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
